2. Payments

Payment terms (including deposits and final balances) will be agreed in advance. Work may not commence until any agreed deposit has been received.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information and content

• Supplying any required images, text, or branding in a timely manner

• Reviewing work and providing feedback within reasonable timescales

Delays in providing information may affect project timelines.

4. Changes & Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included as agreed at the start of the project. Additional work outside the original scope may incur extra charges.

5. Limitation of Liability

ER Web Studio will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of a completed website, including but not limited to loss of business, data, or profits.

While we take care to produce high-quality work, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes such as increased sales or search engine rankings.

6. Termination

ER Web Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if these terms are breached or if abusive or unreasonable behaviour occurs.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom.
