Stage 1 - Getting Started

We’ll begin with a quick chat about your business and what you want from your website. After that, we’ll send you a short questionnaire to gather more details — things like your services, key messages, and any design ideas you already have (such as colour palettes, logos, or favourite styles).

This helps us create a design that feels uniquely yours.

Stage 2 – Design & Feedback

Once we have your information, we’ll put together the first draft of your website. You’ll then get the chance to review it and share your feedback.

Don’t worry if you’re unsure about any details — we’ll guide you through the options and make adjustments until everything feels exactly right for your business.

When you’re happy with the design, we’ll launch your site and make sure everything runs smoothly — from domain setup to making it mobile-friendly.

After launch, you can choose our Maintenance Package for ongoing updates, backups, and support, keeping your site secure and up-to-date.

ER Web Studio is a small local business based in Central Scotland, specialising in creating stylish, professional websites for tradespeople, start-ups, and small businesses. You’ll work directly with our lead web designer, Ewan Roy, to build a site that reflects your brand and helps bring more customers your way. We combine a personal touch with professional results — all at a fair price.

How much does a website cost?

Our most popular package is the £199 Website Package, which includes a bespoke design tailored to your business, mobile-friendly layout, basic SEO, and social media integration. We keep our pricing clear and affordable with no hidden extras.

Do I need to provide my own content and images?

If you already have text and images, we’ll happily use them. If not, we can help by providing stock photos and writing professional copy for your site. We’ll guide you every step of the way to make sure your website looks amazing.

How long does it take to build a website?

Most websites are ready to launch within 2–3 weeks, depending on the size of the project and how quickly we receive your content. We work efficiently while ensuring every detail is right.

Do you provide ongoing support?

Yes! We offer a Monthly Maintenance Plan for just £10 per month. This covers updates, small changes, security checks, and making sure your site continues to run smoothly — leaving you free to focus on your business. The Monthly Maintenance Plan also includes your Annual Domain Hosting renewal.
